We are looking for Technical Support Advisors to assist our customers with troubleshooting our payment technologies and other technical issues they experience. If you are a techie with great communication skills and want to advance your career, we want you!

 

We are looking to fill afternoon and overnight shifts.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

Assist customers with terminal installation as well as troubleshooting of hardware & software issues.

Provide customers with terminal, credit card/check processing training.

Administer software updates and ensure all equipment is configured properly.

Assist in ordering of new or replacement equipment.

Track and log calls using call tracking system.

Update and navigate through in-house systems.

 

 

Job Requirements

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

High School Diploma with some IT related college coursework or technical program completion.

Strong technical aptitude with ability to explain processes to others.

Must adapt quickly to change with ability to stay composed and objective.

Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, managers, and fellow employees.

Excellent computer skills with the ability to quickly learn a variety of software systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and comprehension skills with a positive attitude.

 

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU HAD:

College Degree.

Experience in a technical support environment.
